Product Enhancements iMac

We’ve recently focused on increasing the speed and efficiency of your Compliance.ai experience. Try our new customizable search views to create your own preferred regulatory document review experience. Once you’ve located a document of interest, simply glance at the right panel to see whether you have a past due or todo task. When you’re ready to drill in and analyze a document, try adding annotations or obligations with a single click to add your own intelligence within the Compliance.ai platform.

We also continued enriching and expanding our regulatory coverage, including: regulatory updates for aviation, banking, corporate affairs, consumer affairs, commerce, data protection, defense, employment, finance, insurance, legislations, public welfare, mortgage lending, privacy, real estate, regulations, securities, state governance, taxation, and telecom. Our expanding global coverage includes Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Germany, Spain, European Union, France, Hong Kong, Georgia, India, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Make search your own with Compliance.ai’s new customizable search view

Whether you like to scan documents and see all available data at a glance, or prefer to review only the highlights before drilling down to a specific document, we’ve got you covered with our new search views. Our new search options allow you to choose the document data you wish to view within the Timeline, Enforcements, News and general search results areas of our platform. To quickly scan a list of documents, remove less critical data elements and see more focused, easier to digest list items. If you want to review document details without drilling into the document details right panel, add all available data.

New Search Table

To change your list view, simply click the Settings button (gear icon) and select what you’d like to view. Your selections persist, so there’s no need to update if you’re satisfied with your view. Also note that your settings are unique. You and your colleagues can maintain your own settings to suit your specific needs.

Add your own intelligence to regulatory changes with one click annotations

Compliance.ai has enhanced Annotations and Obligations, making it easier than ever to add your own analysis to sentences within regulatory documents. Rather than having to actively highlight a specific sentence, simply click on the sentence and choose “Add Annotations” or “Add Obligations”. To select more specific text, simply highlight the desired text and then choose the appropriate action.

Stay on top of your workflow tasks with new task indicators

Whether you’re scanning documents in our specialized Timeline or Enforcement views or reviewing documents from one of your alerts, it’s important to know where you need to take action. To help you quickly identify documents with To Do or Past Due tasks that are assigned to you, we’ve added a color-coded icon to the Tasks right panel. If you see a red icon, your task is overdue and may require immediate attention. Blue icons indicate that you have upcoming tasks.

Of course, you can still rely on workflow emails and the specialized Tasks page to stay on top of your tasks.

Tip of the Month: Need to maintain labels across document versions? Let our Label Service Connector do the work for you.

Labeling documents is an easy and convenient way to enrich documents with information you can share across your organization. For example, you might want to add controls, topics, or even project names to ensure that you and your colleagues can find the most critical documents for your research needs.

The only trouble is, labels are static while regulatory documents change. If you’re a Team Edition or Service Connector Edition user, you’re in luck. Our special labeling service connector automatically adds labels from prior versions of a regulatory document to newer versions as soon as they are available on the Compliance.ai platform!

If you are interested in having us implement this capability for your organization, reach out to us at support@compliance.ai and we’ll put our bot to work for you.

Label Version 1 …… and let the Service Connector do the rest
