Product Enhancements iMac

Archer Compliance AI’s (CAI) updates since late 2024 include focus on improving your search experience by providing out-of-the-box “Views”. If you are an organization or team admin, start by establishing your organization’s business profile, including selecting jurisdictions and relevant Areas of Focus, such as “mortgage lending” or “human resources.” Your selected jurisdictions and areas of focus establish relevant topics, concepts, regulatory agencies for your organization and your teams. In turn, this allows members of your organization to select organization, team, or personal views to establish searches. In addition, service connector clients can now leverage a new auto-labeling capability by linking labels to alerts, allowing you to immediately locate documents of interest according to your company’s preferred taxonomy.

We also continued enriching and expanding our regulatory coverage, including: regulatory updates for commerce, employment, environment, finance, health care, insurance, legislations, and regulations. Our expanding global coverage includes Australia, Canada, China, European Union, India, Korea, Mexico, and the United States.

Refreshed Business Profiling and Admin Capabilities

If you’re an organization admin in CAI, you probably know that the easiest way to ensure your colleagues have access to accurate default filters is by completing business profiling and establishing teams with meaningful default filters. To help you make the most of business profiling, we’ve put Areas of Focus (a combination of lines of business and operational areas) front and center. Now, when you create or edit a team, you’ll have the option of selecting areas of focus, such as “mortgage lending” or “human resources” to help drive your organization’s or teams’ defaults.

To improve team profiles, access our new “Your Organization” functionality and edit your organization as a whole or specific teams.

Your Organization

Use Views to speed up regulatory review

Finding the most relevant regulatory content is at the heart of regulatory change management. To help you perform relevant one time searches or establish ongoing alerts with minimum effort, we’ve added “Views” to Basic and Enforcement Explorer searches. If you or your organization maintains organization and/or team default profiles, you’ll be able to pre-populate agencies, news sources, concepts, topics and document types that match your own personal defaults, your organization’s defaults, or the defaults established for any teams of which you are a member. Once you’ve selected your preferred view, you’ll receive relevant search results out-of-the-box.

Selecting a View for your Search

Distribute regulatory changes quickly using Automated Labeling

Labels are the most convenient way to specify regulatory impact areas. You can annotate documents and fragments of documents within Compliance AI using labels, which enables you to personalize content and make reviews more context-specific . You can take advantage of this new capability to automatically label documents related to each of your alerts. Simply associate one or more labels to your key alerts and benefit from having matching regulatory documents labeled automatically as soon as they are available on the Compliance AI platform.

Associating Labels to Alerts

Auto-labeling relies on a special workflow, if you’re interested in this capability, reach out to us at support@compliance.ai for more information.
